To make your Santa Hat Brownies, you'll first need to choose your favorite brownie mix and white frosting. Cut the base of your fresh strawberries so they are flat.

To assemble: Bake your favorite brownie mix and cut into rounds. Once your brownie rounds have cooled, pipe a round of vanilla buttercream, cream cheese frosting, or any other white frosting you prefer on top of the brownie rounds. Secure the strawberry on top (flat side down) of the frosting, then pipe one more dot of frosting on top of the strawberry tip to make Santa's hat complete!

DCT Mom thoughts

Here I am, 9 months pregnant, Christmas 2013. Our newest little angel was born the day after Christmas, so on Christmas day that year, I would have eaten SEVERAL of these adorable Santa Hat Brownies! (And, convinced myself that it was fruit, so not fattening at all! I'm eating strawberries! The baby in my belly needs fruit!) He He He! Ho Ho Ho!
